At first, we had a room on the second floor facing the backyard. The room was dark and smelled musty. The chimneys outside were extremely loud!

the bathroom door is broken, the carpet is too old and the AC is too small and not able to lower the room temperature.

The room is spacious, has a fridge and microwave. The view is nice if the window faces the right direction. The hotel's location is excellent, everything is within walking distance.

When I made the reservation 6 months in advance, I requested a room with a city view. Of course, I did not get that. After complaining, we were given a room on the top floor, which seemed to have been damp at some point. There were mold stains on the ceiling, and the carpet smelled musty. After another complaint, we were given a room on the middle floor with a city view. Here, only the edge of the bathtub was moldy, and the window was incredibly dirty along with the air conditioner. The air conditioners were very loud, so we had to turn them off at night. A few days later, a room on this floor was broken into, and the jackhammer was running all day. Then that section of the corridor was closed, and some large extractor was operating day and night. It's better that we didn't know what happened there. When checking out, we had to leave very early to pick up the rental car. We wanted to leave our luggage there until then, but the luggage storage only opens at 7 am, so we had to carry our luggage to the car rental office. Some of the staff were nice, while others were unfriendly and not helpful at all.
