Dana room facing the street. Impossible to sleep
Location was very convenient, a few minutes walk to the main square. Staff were pleasant. Shower good. Huge bed, quite comfy. Good sized apartment (room 305), with kitchenette, lounge and huge TV, and bedroom/bathroom upstairs.

Several night stay. Location is often noisy due to traffic and horns at all hours (no double glazing), and there was loud noise from above sometimes around 10:30-11 pm even though we were on the top floor - apparently the restaurant next door. Our room was not cleaned or restocked one day (would not normally bother me but this is a country where toilet paper must go in bin). Room was up 3 flights of stairs, which was a bit hard after arrival at high altitude. Could not always find staff at reception, and limited English spoken (mostly not a problem as one of us speaks Spanish). Overall, ok if you sleep easily and deeply but not for light sleepers. One of us was ok, the other not.
The hotel was close to the city centre. It was a nice space. The staff was helpful and provided us everything we need it with a smile.

Although we found out that the 24h reception wasn't really true. We found ourselves searching for someone to buy a bottle of water. A great problem was the toilet that was smelly. We couldn't stand in the room because of the smell. Also we found hair on the towels and black stains on the sheets something that got us really frustrated. All in all, I think that they're better options in Cusco for accommodation.

Noisy due to traffic and horns at all hours on most (but not all) nights. Noise from above around 22:30-23:00 (apparently the next door restaurant). Ok for easy heavy sleeper but not for light sleeper. One of us was ok, the other not.
Unique property, good location, balcony
Unique property, good location, balcony
2 floors mezzanine, making the sitting area dark and limited; smell of sewer in the bathroom (known to staff, but apparently not a reason for them to take stronger measures than an air freshener); very sparsely equipped kitchen (hardly deserves the name); rickety furniture on the balcony.
