When I was given the room, the minibar was empty, the people offering free spa services to get guests to buy memberships and taking away their time for meetings.
I had an excellent stay! The entire staff was amazing, and I have absolutely no complaints. From the housekeeping staff to the pool staff and the team organizing the evening activities, everyone was friendly, attentive, and provided great service. Everything was wonderful throughout my stay. I would definitely give the entire staff and my overall experience a 10/10!

Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. Everything was great during my stay.
The facilities are very nice, the cleanliness, the taste of the food, very friendly staff.

Although their food tastes good, they lack variety especially at lunch. On the other hand, I cut my foot due to the lack of a doorstop at the top of the bathroom door.
