We absolutely loved everything about our stay at ZonaZ Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and welcoming staff, the stylish and comfortable rooms, and the fantastic location — right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, close to all the best restaurants, bars, and the beach. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. You can tell there’s great attention to detail and guest comfort. The bed was super comfy, the A/C worked perfectly, and we felt at home the entire time. What really makes ZonaZ stand out is the hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Honestly, it’s a solid 10 out of 10 — we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Absolutely perfect couldn’t ask for more ! Rooms are so cute, clean, and staff are friendly. Good ac. 5 minute walk to the beach, it is in a steep hill but there is a tramway working all day for you to use for free. There is an Oxxo and pharmacy up the hill. Walking distance from several restaurants will definitely be staying here again !

No elevator and not wheelchair accessible.

It was perfect, just what I wanted/needed, something relaxing, clean, quaint and funky, absolutely charming. I forgot my hat when taken the shuttle and the driver returned it to the hotel, and I was able to pick up the next day. I hope I can return soon. Thank you ♥️🙏
