The room I booked through Booking was supposed to be on the 6th floor, I couldn't have known that. I wanted a higher floor, they gave me the 12th floor rooms, but I had to pay an extra $500 for 8 nights, which is not ethical. Also, I am traveling with my family, and they said there were two adjacent rooms, but they didn't offer us a connecting room on the 12th floor and the 16th floor. After we saw it ourselves, we asked them to convert the room on the 12th floor into a connecting room, and they did. They should have offered this from the beginning, knowing that I am traveling with my family.
