Location, we got upgraded to an amazing suite, bed was so comfortable, loved the dressing room and valet box idea Concierge staff were super helpful in booking restaurants / giving advice etc

There was not atmosphere in the only bar which was in the lounge as the upstairs bar was closed as out of season and the other bar was closed for renovation
