Everything is extra charge: gym is extra charge, sauna is extra charge, frigobar even water is extra charge… The staff run into the clients to warn them about the extra charge. The game room is miserable: Games broken, old premises.

The hotel has a superb location, right near the Pyramids and the New Egyptian Museum. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities and the pool are great! The food also tasted very good to us. There were no wishes left unfulfilled. The room was spacious and clean. Additionally, we had a great massage at Omnia. We can absolutely recommend the hotel.
