New owners doubled weekday prices and tripled weekend prices but have done little to improve the hotel. Staff are very slow. Waited 45 minutes for dinner. Tried to reach duty manager about changing check out date and line was never answered. Message never returned. Pool closed without any verbal or written notification. One elevator was often not working so tower guests had long wait times.

They do not include breakfast, high prices and very few machines in the gym in general, also they charged me twice for the guarantee of my credit card and I had to report it.
I wasn't warned that parking was a paid service; after checking out, they emailed me an invoice and failed to return the $250 deposit.
