The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
It was my 2nd time staying here & both times were exceptional. The hotel & room was incredible but the staff really made the experience exceptional.

We missed housekeeping each day during our stay because we were in the room. We were pretty tidy but a room refresh would have been appreciated during the 3 night stay
While the price of a hotel room in Vancouver is among the most ridiculous in the world, the hotel can’t be blamed for that and this this particular Hilton is a rare example of a US based chain that still loves up to its old reputation of a quality chain.
