I enjoyed the location of the hotel a lot, it was perfect for me as I had tickets for an event within walking distance. It was the perfect choice for that. Check in was quick as well as the check out. I very much enjoyed the menu at the River bar, service wasn't always the same quality, but it was OK.

The bathroom is a bit outdated or not maintained properly, also there were some water damage signs on the ceiling of my room. The fitness room only opens at 6 AM and they made me sign a form as I was the first one, but I saw that after that there were no new names, which I found odd as others came to the gym later... Also the reception of the spa was abandoned afterwards.

It was very conveniently located. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was helpful and pools were lovely. We were unable to get a spa booking so we can’t speak to the services

There were no ice machines so we had to keep asking the bar for cups of ice. We were there for the Sziget festival and the bar at the hotel closed before any of us got back from the music festival. We were surprised they didn’t stay open a bit later.
