I clearly booked a room for 3 adults, thinking I had secured a queen or double bed and two twin beds. Instead, we got a very spacious suite but did not get three coffee cups, three waters, etc. Also, the pot to boil water was disgusting and we had to request it be cleaned out. Something is wrong with your hospitality staff not getting proper instructions on how to supply a room and clean out pots.
