Our room had porthole windows. It was very hot and very noisy. There was only one unused electrical outlet and it was on the floor by the door. Not convenient at all. Bar person could only make the drinks on the menu. I ordered a cosmo and I don’t think there was any vodka in it. We ordered shrimp scampi in the restaurant and got shrimp nuggets. There was no scampi

The room had only one window to a skylight, which couldn't be opened, so it felt very depressing and there was basically no daylight in the room at all. And the floor in the room was crooked, so a suitcase placed in one corner would roll on its own to the room door. That the floor was sloping was evident at first glance with the naked eye.

The location is excellent. The room met our expectations, good bathroom, good mattresses. Good treatment from the staff. Exterior room, cleanliness all correct.

I don't like having to log in to connect to the wifi. The elevator doesn't reach the street, you have to climb a flight of stairs. The shower lacks a bit of pressure.
