This hotel is an excellent stopover if arriving from overseas on a late flight. They have their own shuttle and we were picked up by the caring driver who really helped us when we got lost finding the pick-up area. So very helpful after a long flight and a cold Auckland evening. Very good value for money. Recommended.

The rooms are old and rundown. The early morning shift worker was rude, and airport shuttle was under managed.

Access. It was hard to drag our suitcases up the steps . We are over 70yrs old. There's no light outside to light our way, dragging our suitcases outside to our room, which may have made access easier.

Location is short drive to the airport, and offer free shuttle service to airport and short term parking. Which is why we stayed here, I have actually stayed here once before, which is why I booked again. However this time it was a completely diff experience.

The room had no proper heating, the bathroom window couldn't close it was freezing in the room. The one bed the base/mattress or something was def wrong as when my child lay in it the whole thing basically caved in around her. Our room was by the "short term parking" so we had people arriving and leaving at all hours, making such a noise right by our unit it was impossible to get any sleep.
