Everything was great. The room was considerate with tissues and small chocolates for mobile use. Above all, the wonderful view from the room was amazing. The night view of the dome and the morning view were also great.

Maybe my language didn't get through, but I had requested to stay in the same room as I had booked for one night at a time for two nights. However, the woman who checked us in was told to check out once and check in again. But the next morning, I was told by someone else that it was okay to stay in the same room. It was disappointing to have to pack up.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Laundry service available for a charge per item. The rooftop bar had good small plates and delicious cocktails. The location is excellent for historical center sightseeing, although not much is open in the evenings.

Dinner in the restaurant was okay, but the constant news playing on TVs (mostly about natural disasters in Latin America and violent crimes across Mexico) felt quite unsettling upon arrival. The room was a bit dated but clean and functional. I'm not sure how effective the air conditioning would have been if it were very hot, but it was only around 27 degrees during the day when we visited, so it wasn't really needed anyway.

Shower is difficult to adjust due to its age, leading to unnecessary water consumption.
