The staff's behavior. I asked for an invoice and the reception staff refused to give it to me on the pretext that I made the reservation with booking (which I always do). Also, the way of speaking was not very friendly.

The structure is old, the rooms are small, unhealthy air in the corridors and rooms, and impossibility of having a healthy air exchange. The small and uncomfortable sofa bed....
Limited breakfast. It's chaotic, things run out quickly, machine milk, machine coffee, machine juices... Little variety of savory and sweet items.

High step into the bath, you have to ask for clean towels and cleaning the trash can, but this was done immediately. This is basic.
