Poorly maintained, poorly located
Very service-oriented place. We received the room two hours before time, plus an upgrade at their expense. Very fast response, excellent massages and spa. Everything is clean and shiny in an excellent location. The service to the guest was always attentive to our requests from the reception and they were very inviting. Highly recommended. Ivo, the hospitality manager, is number 1!
