No pool nor hot tub Double bed room & it was SMALL Leaking sink Crazy loud drain In the bath tub Annnnnd roaches - HUGE. One In Our room and 1 on the main floor close to restroom. They must have been twins because they were BOTH HUMONGOUS!

First, shout out to Beverly and Susan for showing excellent hospitality. This is our third stay at The Silversmith Hotel. It is outstanding! We love the staff, the rooms, the location and the price. We will be back for our fourth stay. We have found Chicago to be a friendly city!
