The location. I chose the hotel as l had stayed there on my first visit to Hong Kong in 1998. Back then it was a really nice centrally located hotel with easy access to various spots and next door to the infamous Chungking Express.
The location. I chose the hotel as l had stayed there on my first visit to Hong Kong in 1998. Back then it was a really nice centrally located hotel with easy access to various spots and next door to the infamous Chungking Express.
Since than it has home down in the world substantially. I found it outrageously overpriced what is on offer: a noisy lobby that resembles a waiting room at a provincial train station, with piles of luggage and incessant thoroughfare. Stressed and visibly overworked staff. Poorly maintained premises. Works going on of which there was no notification.
