Worn-out furniture, coffee machine at breakfast mostly broken. The order for a taxi for 4 people for the transfer to the cruise ship did not work out.
Everything, Very successful stay. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant. The staff is nice and helpful, and the location is great. We will gladly come back again!

Super well-located hotel very close to Restauradores metro and also to Lisbon's central train station, besides the historic center. Super attentive staff. Comfortable, clean room with working air conditioning, excellent size. Clean and comfortable bathroom. It met my expectations very well and I recommend it!
