The hotel is cozy and well-maintained, very well located in a neighborhood that feels safe, full of nice places and people strolling around. Also well positioned for its proximity to the metro station and bus stops. In the surrounding places, you can have breakfast and lunch/dinner at more than acceptable prices. In many reviews, I had read complaints about the small size of the room; to me, it didn't seem small at all, nor did I find the bathroom small.

I did not appreciate the choice to impose such a high price for breakfast at the hotel: a whopping 15 euros per person... In a nearby boulangerie, I had a decent breakfast paying just over a quarter of this amount! Others may not like that external voices reach the rooms and can, therefore, be disturbing elements: voices of young people from places near the hotel, or those of children from a nearby nursery school, etc. As for me, I can say that they did not bother me.

Large room, comfortable bed. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. Daily towel change. Good breakfast with a choice of sweet and savory options. The metro below the hotel is extremely convenient to get anywhere.

At check-in, the receptionist's welcome was not very polite.

Breakfast poor quality. The croissants were tiny and in short supply, while the sausages were almost inedible.
