צוות לא מקצועי בכלל. ביקשנו להאריך ביום נוסף את השהות סגרנו מחיר עם הבחורה. כשחזרנו אחה"צ הסתבר שהם נעלו לנו את הכניסה. ירדנו לקבלה ושם נאמר לנו שהבחורה לא האריכה את השהות שלנו והיינו צריכים לעשות קבלה נוספת ולשלם מחיר יותר יקר והכי גרוע לעבור חדר (לארוז מזוודות...) למרות שהבחורה בצהריים הבטיחה לנו את אותו חדר. בנוסף ביקשנו להזמין מונית לחמש בבוקר למחרת והבחורה אמרה שלא צריך ובבוקר תוך חמש דקות תגיע מונית. למחרת בבוקר ירדנו והבחורה לא מצאה לנו מונית ורק ב-05:35 הגיעה מונית כשהטיסה שלנו ב-07:00 וכמעט הפסדנו את הטיסה....

הפיקדון שלי לא הוחזר לאחר ציאון מהמלון. גם לא קיבלתי תגובה להודעות ששלחתי דרך אפליקציית Booking.com. שהייתי במלון מ-23 ביוני עד 25 ביוני. אשמח אם תוכלו לבדוק את העניין הזה וליידע אותי מתי אני יכול לצפות שהפיקדון יוחזר אלי. תודה.
