The towels were dirty and torn The bedding was dirty with blood and other fluid stains The bathroom had hair all through shower and bath and the sink was broken
The breakfast catered to all tastes and was perfect. The front of house staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is handy to transport and shopping.

The bedding was too heavy and hot. It would be helpful to have some beach towels for outings to Bondi or other beaches.
We were offered a family room on arrival as my wife and I were travelling with our daughter. Only stayed one night, but it was quiet and comfortable despite the building activity going on across the road.

The station was close by, and there was World Square nearby, so we had no trouble with meals, etc.

Every time I used the shower, the washroom ended up a little flooded.
The staff were amazing and very helpful. Location was excellent and the coffee was 10/10.

Unfortunately I didn’t find the bed comfortable and thought my room was a little bland and dark.
