If I could have walked away from the check-in desk when I first arrived, I would have. Never have I seen a check-in situation like this or in general a lobby situation like this. Because of the hard check-in at 4pm, the lobby fills with people from the morning. It looks like an encampment with people sitting on the floor for most of the day. Of course, once check-in is permitted, the wait is long. Luggage facilities are overwhelmed and I take my hat off to the single gentleman that has to manage this. I hope he can find a better employer as practically everyone else is miserable. Fortunately, no breakfast facilities are on offer as the hotel is not very clean. I would not wish to eat there. The rooms are dated, but ok. The wait for the lifts is always long. The man at the door from the street is too busy chatting. You can struggle alone with your luggage to open it. The hotel is totally understaffed in all areas for the number of rooms they have.

The hotel is currently going through a massive renovation, the hotel is really aged.
Very spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent location! We thought that due to the location in Times Square there would be noise, but in the room, it was really quiet!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
