Our friends has a room that was much bigger. Too much closet space in our room, not enough drawers. The bathroom was tooo small. No place to put your toiletries for two people. The toilet paper was disgusting! The food menu in the restaurant was too limited. I had to order a salad and a plain chicken breast from the bar area. For the amount of money that we paid, i would not recommend this hotel for 750.00 a night. I filmed a bug or two on the bathroom floor.

The spa was under renovation. Taking a bus to the fairmont hotel is not fun. Breakfast buffet was very dull and charged extra for un believable thing like coffee or egg. No complimentary water in the room which is shaming for such an expensive hotel. As a frequent fryer i expect evan some sweets and wine in the room.

Hotel room was well designed and new, and had a spectacular view. Fantastic gym, very good food in both restaurant and the quick breakfast place.

Wellness area not working during our stay, and had no such information while booking - proposed transfers to Fairmount hotel should have been free (including wellness area not just tranport). Frontdesk/concierge was overall unhelpful. At a facility of this status I would expect to have an individual guest experience manager.
The staff was the best, we had several instances where we were challenged with missing the bus and they accommodated us quickly by driving us to town so we would not miss our dinner reservations. The bus drivers were excellent in offering tips in town as well.

The price for the hotel was way over the top considering there wasnt anything that went with the price. The pool is not available, the spa wasnt available. They offered services at another location, but timing wise it was impossible to take advantage of, so I was definately disappointed with the price and the limited experience there. I was surprised that we did not even get a free water with our room. While these other services were offered at the other hotel, it would have been nice to have that up front in the email reservation you receive so you can schedule something at the other hotel. We didnt know until we were there and everything was booked.
