The poolside bar serves some dry, cold, tasteless Anguns burgers, frozen crumbling bolo do caco, dry, cold grilled mushrooms with a few hours of preparation, cheddar cheese!!!, truly a shame for a 5-star hotel, but as we are Portuguese...

There is literally no ventilation in the lobby and other common areas. Breakfast is nowhere near even a 4-star hotel in terms of variety and options. The main discomfort is the terrace, where we got locked out (twice, with stress) because of the weird terrace doors. We shouted and someone heard us and came to the rescue.
Difficult parking and very noisy air conditioning. The room faced the city, so if we opened the window, it was noisy too.

The buffet for both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The pool location is ideal. The hotel design is very beautiful.

Lack of good entertainment after dinner. There was a strong smell of plumbing in the room.
