Very nice structure located in the heart of Venice. The outdoor spaces are very nice, especially the pool area and the areas dedicated to relaxation and meals.

The staff is welcoming but not very helpful. The room is pleasant, but the air conditioner was definitely too noisy. Negative note for room service: the app charged the amount to the bill without completing the order. The hallways to get to the room are very sprawling and sometimes unclear.
