The room was nice.
The room was nice.
They did not issue the invoice as I requested. Later they told me that the invoice would be issued in 14 days because that's when they receive the money from Booking. Of course, I wrote to them and they did not send the invoice. Then there is a very small kitchen where only 1 out of 5 burners works and has very low power... there were few toilets and showers on the whole floor, so one had to wait until they became available.
We booked a room with air conditioning during a heatwave in August and upon arrival, the air conditioning had been broken for several days and the hotel was fully booked. After cycling 75 km in the heat, I must admit that we did not appreciate the fact that this room, under the roof where it was at least 35 °C, was offered for sale while the owner was well aware of the problem. I call this a scam! We were refunded but had to find another accommodation on short notice which cost us an additional 30 €.
