The housekeeping staff during the night and the breakfast service team truly went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. after a long flight, and we had booked a triple occupancy room. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, and there was no extra bed provided. When we contacted the receptionist, we were told that no bed was available and that we could instead put a mattress on the floor. They insisted that this was the only option, which was particularly disappointing given that we had specifically booked and paid for triple occupancy. Additionally, the iron provided in the room was rusted and ended up ruining some of our clothes, which we needed for an important celebration. This was extremely inconvenient and added to an already disappointing experience. While some members of the staff, particularly the night housekeeping and breakfast team, provided excellent service and went out of their way to make us comfortable, the issues with the room and facilities were unacceptable.
