Un séjour qui ressemble à une mauvaise blague ! Je n’aime pas laisser de mauvais avis, mais cette fois, c’est malheureusement nécessaire. La chambre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation : pas de baignoire, coffre-fort hors service, robinet mal fixé et mobilier très vieux, presque détérioré. On nous a changé de chambre, mais nouvelle erreur : toujours pas de baignoire ! Nous n’avions plus la force de déménager une troisième fois. Le plus grave : notre nouvelle chambre avait aussi été attribuée à d’autres clients, qui sont entrés alors que nous étions à l’intérieur ! C’est totalement inacceptable et très inquiétant en matière de sécurité et de respect de la vie privée. Pour s’excuser, le manager nous propose du vin rouge ou du champagne. Nous choisissons le champagne… et recevons du vin rouge. Même les excuses sont ratées ! Un fer à repasser demandé a mis trois heures à arriver. À la réception, on nous répondait simplement : « Ça arrive ». Un jour, à 13 h, personne ne savait si notre chambre avait été nettoyée et on nous a proposé d’aller vérifier nous-mêmes. Pas de balance pour les valises non plus. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, au moment du départ, on nous annonce une erreur de facturation et réclame 800 shekels supplémentaires ! Enfin, la réceptionniste ne pouvait pas commander notre taxi car son téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls. Entre les erreurs de réservation, le manque d’entretien, le service déplorable et les mauvaises surprises financières, ce séjour a été une accumulation de problèmes. Honnêtement, est-ce un hôtel ou une énorme blague ? Je ne peux absolument pas recommander cet établissement.
