From the team that did not serve with attention and respect. They did not consider that we were on vacation for 4 nights and put us in a noisy room next to housekeeping. Every morning I had to open the door to let them know there was a guest sleeping. They were doing their job and were polite, apologizing. But they decided to put a couple on vacation for 4 nights in the noisiest room on the floor. When I went to inform the reception, they were not attentive, did not apologize, nor tried to improve our stay.

O menu do serviço de quarto tem piorado ao longo dos últimos anos. É muito limitado, ainda mais se você for vegetariano/vegano. O menu de sobremesas é particularmente pobre, com essencialmente uma opção ou uma pequena tigela de sorvete. Para um hotel cinco estrelas, a variedade é realmente fraca e a qualidade também piorou. Eu fico no hotel talvez 2/3 vezes por ano e as opções nunca mudam (parecem apenas diminuir a cada vez). Isso quase me desanima de fazer uma nova reserva.

Era o Fringe, mas mesmo assim o quarto/preço não estava absolutamente em proporção. Nunca paguei tanto por um quarto individual tão pequeno. Guarda-roupa praticamente inexistente. Era mais uma fenda para pendurar roupas. Se possível. Cama relativamente estreita. E o quarto é barulhento, então você não deve ser sensível a barulhos. Café da manhã ok. Tem muitas opções, mas às vezes menos é mais.
