Good bayside location near UMASS Boston, and close to a metro line that is 10 mins to the center of Boston, very good locations, staff were great, had room service cafe options which is nice. Shuttle to airport is very nice to have for locations.

$3 for a bottle of water is more of a rip-off unless you're in Hilton's Honors system.

There were ants and roaches in the room. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. Not enough towels and sheets. Rude neighbors as well. It says suite and 'Free' Breakfast but you had to pay for it and the room wasn't a suite at all.
