Absolutely very poor English at the reception. Lost in translation. Even inland, people spoke better English. Even with the translation program, it remained difficult.
Building was grand. Hotel staff were wonderful, and very quick to help out. Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed.

The aircon didn't work well in the rooms I had. But the staff were really quick to try and fix, and also add portable air coolers to make it comfortable.
