Great location. When asked for a quiet room, we got one. Although there was no view from the window, we were away from the noise of Manhattan street and slept well. The elevator always arrived very quickly. It was nice that after checking out, we could leave our luggage for free. The staff was helpful. They helped solve a problem that caused a lot of stress: we forgot a very important item in the room when we left. The staff didn't hesitate to find it. They even offered to send it. Thank you for that 😊

Not that it was bad, but there was a severe lack of slippers

Water pressure in the bathroom was very low. No ashtrays outside in front of the hotel. Everyone was throwing cigarettes on the floor. Breakfast was below average. Beds and pillows were not comfortable.

I wish the rooftop bar was open a little longer. It closed at 11. We couldn't enjoy it after the concert.
