Very friendly and helpful staff + big comfortable room with many complimentary items included (water, sweets, beer, nuts, all for free from the hotel in the room!). Also had a nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, croissants, turkey, cheese, bread options, etc.

Loud ventilation in the room. As someone with sensitivity to noise i had to wear earplugs but it was ok.
