The garden is beautiful, the view is great, the pools are good, the hotel elevates its services by providing a sauna and a steam room at no extra charge, which are very good!! As returning guests, we were greeted with a gift and offered a larger room than booked.

The selection of dishes at the buffet dinner has decreased compared to two years ago, there could be more variety in the main course with chicken and pork.

The hotel is outdated and it was not a surprise, but there were moments that I would like to highlight besides that: My child refused to swim in the pool, there were a lot of hair and some trash, especially in the spa area. The bathroom in the room also needs a thorough cleaning and refreshing the silicone would not hurt. The Eden Mar building is located above the restaurant, where there is music every evening until 23:00, then dishes clatter, the same happens around 7:00 in the morning before breakfast. If you close the windows, an old ventilation/air conditioning system makes noise with a whistle. It's hard to get a good night's sleep. Nevertheless, the overall impression of the vacation was pleasant.

Our baby always had a smile from each of the breakfast staff, reception… Very good breakfast with plenty of variety, options.

There was no available parking and it was quite difficult to find a nearby spot, with a baby it's a challenge. The bathroom in our room had the sink unit stone right next to the toilet, not very functional. The elevator had a step that made it difficult to exit with the stroller.
