Perfect location and very nice staff at the reception. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful. The whole atmosphere is very upscale and the service exceptionally attentive. The door was always held open for us, and there was usually someone at the elevator to press the floor button for us. We are not used to such service and would have felt almost more comfortable if some things had been a bit simpler.

The rooftop bar is undoubtedly something special, but unfortunately, the staff was inattentive and rather unfriendly. In my opinion, they mainly benefit from the exceptional location.

There were too high chairs on the balcony, so you could barely see over or under the railing.
Great location, very efficient staff, rooftop view and pool size, safe place to stay, soundproof windows (cannot hear the busy street at all), the balcony.

The elevator system, the rooms are becoming a bit shabby (especially the floors), no toilet brush in the bathroom... The rooftop is a bit plain for my taste.
