Exactly what we needed. Pluto and all of the staff were extremely helpful and laid back, the location is convenient and the rooms are clean and well equipped. Pluto gave me the best barbershop recommendation, I might fly back to Egypt just to get a haircut. Comfortable mattresses as well. The breakfast simple but delicious and filling!

- They were very accommodating with my tight flight schedule, allowing me to check in early in the morning and use a shower and dorm bed before leaving later the same day. Highly appreciated! - The staff are friendly and happy to help. Place was clean and I liked the breakfast. The location was also good, many shops, restaurants close by. There is also a small common area where you can spend some time. Pluto from staff was very helpful :)

I only had a problem with the AC that was set very low in my room. I was asking 2 people to change it but they told me that there is something wrong with the remote. I asked again and it was sorted.

They should fix the elevator schedule, which is not operational from 4:00 in the morning, and I had to go up and down all 4 floors on foot using the stairs
