They do not meet their guests' requirements! We wanted a high floor, we got a ground floor! We wanted a room with two separate beds, we got a bedroom!

The location is extraordinary: in a quiet street behind the square with Metro 1 stop, in the center of all attractions, 15 minutes walk from the Danube, 5 minutes by public transport. The hotel is dedicated to a working clientele, so it is clean and efficient with a gym, luggage storage, the possibility of taking a shower in the fitness area after check-out, and other extra services. The highly competent staff also helped us with train tickets and reservations for a non-touristy trip. Nice structure in some points a bit worn out like almost everything in Budapest

Unfortunately, outside the Mediterranean basin, neither shutters nor blinds are provided, nor even bidets. It's a shame, it's 2026 and an international clientele would at least deserve a little shower next to the toilet. Also, a blackout curtain that reaches the floor: this one was quite heavy but didn't cover completely.

When we arrived, we had two bottles of water, but once they ran out, they were not replaced. With the heat, it would have been a nice touch to replenish them. The breakfast option is a bit expensive if you are satisfied with just coffee, juice, and a pastry.
