Nothing, everything was perfect!
The front desk, breakfast crew (especially Ms. Lacey & Mr. Jeremy), and front door attendants were so friendly and kind and also helped my disabled husband. We really enjoyed the hotel facility and location as well. Thanks! Diane Haselroth & Patrick McCoy

The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the river walk, magnificent mile etc. Very central downtown Chicago. Plus there was a train station and bus stops on the doorstep so you could get anywhere in the city as the public transport is very good. The staff were on the whole very friendly and accommodating. We got a free upgrade to our room which was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. The waffles at breakfast were 10/10.

The rooms were quite outdated, however well maintained. The pool was quite small and shallow, plus the gym didn’t have lots of equipment but enough to get a basic workout in. Breakfast wasn’t the best. The best part was the waffles and they didn’t have them on the weekend :(

The family suite kinda small, old facility and the bathroom doesn’t have the sink, you have to step outside to wash hands which a little inconvenience to me

The room I entered had a wet floor but no visible leak. This caused the room to have the smell of mildew making sleep less than enjoyable; however, I was only in the room about 6 hours awake total, the rest I spent exploring or sleeping
