I didn’t like that the adult pool had a lot of kids in it because the family pool was closed. I felt this should have been communicated during booking.
We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Dewa gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel very well taken care of. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always made sure all of our questions were answered. His excellent service really made a difference to our experience. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; everything was delicious, and there was a great selection. Thank you, Dewa, and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

The pool could perhaps be a little better maintained.
