Great location, just a few minutes from Fisherman's Wharf, but on a quiet inner street. Rooms are quite spacious. It is worth mentioning the abundant lighting in the room, not taken for granted. Also, lots of mirrors... Relatively spacious showers. They provide s'mores at reception and you can make them outside - a really enjoyable treat :)

Weak water flow in the showers. We booked 2 rooms. We arrived early and were told that early check-in costs 50 dollars. I asked if it was for each room and was told it was for both. I paid 50 dollars. To my surprise, at check-out, I was asked to pay another 50! Nothing helped, everything I said and paid was in vain. Very annoying!

There is no longer a 15% discount for breakfast at the hotel. We ended up having breakfast outside.
