The room was a good size and we requested an adapted room which they were able to accommodate. Large hotel lacked the good personal customer service.

The hotel didn’t even tell us how to get to our room one side of the hotel went to one set of rooms and one to the other. You also needed to swipe your card to get to your room. No information given about where breakfast was or towels for the pool etc.
