Generally reported as clean (clean beds/rooms/bathroom), though a few guests noted cleanliness could be improved in places.
Staff frequently praised as friendly and helpful (multiple mentions of excellent staff and attentive service); one isolated negative about a night desk keycard incident.
Consistently praised as very central and convenient (walking distance to train station, old town, shops, sea); many guests highlight the excellent location.
Mixed: some guests enjoyed spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds, while others reported very small rooms, limited storage (marred/filled wardrobe) and noise from corridors/adjacent rooms.
Positive mentions of welcome drink, lobby coffee/tea/water, bar corner and in-room comforts; complimentary beverages and small extras noted frequently.
Mixed perceptions: several guests felt the stay was excellent value and would return, while a few questioned the star rating or overall worth.
Breakfast praised by many as excellent, though some guests found options limited (e.g., few vegetables) or inconsistent.
Overall sentiment skews strongly positive with many repeat guests, recommendations and 'would return' comments; positives (location, staff, amenities) outweigh isolated negatives.

All good
2/5 — Disappointing for the price The only real positive is the location — right in the city centre, close to restaurants and the beach. Beyond that, the experience fell short. Check-in was unassisted: no help with luggage, no one showed us to the room. The elevator is very small — we had to make two trips up to our room with just two suitcases. The rooms themselves are small and dated, with tiny beds and almost no storage space. Bathrooms are cramped and under-stocked (no toothpaste or basic toiletries provided). The minibar was empty, with only a small water bottle — you have to refill it yourself from the lobby. Breakfast was decent, but the dining area has very small, narrow tables that make it uncomfortable. We paid around €480 for two nights, which feels overpriced — a fair rate would be closer to €250 for what's offered. Overall, this hotel is overrated and overpriced for what you get. Rating: 2/5
