Bed was way too hard
Really wonderful room, I slept very well. The bed is very comfortable. It was surprising and unexpectedly pleasing that there was a bathroom in the room. I did not expect this level of comfort. I will use this chain again

Nice structure at the entrance and in the rooms, courteous staff. Location reachable by Miles, or via M5/M6.

Bathrooms and hallway a bit dated. I prefer renovated bathrooms, a shame because the room was very nice but in stark contrast with the outdated bathroom.
