The air conditioning did not work well, there were no glasses for drinks, they forgot to put towels, the sheets were dirty, and the TV was not working. I called several times with no answer. During check out, there was nobody. I just left the key in the room. Very, very disappointed.

It was very disappointing. It's bad enough that the building manager wasn't available personally. No service whatsoever. But on top of that, one of the windows didn't even have blinds or curtains, which made my girlfriend feel really uncomfortable. We had to use a blanket to cover the window. There wasn't any toilet paper or a floor mat available in the bathroom, which wasn't cleaned properly either.
