Room was on the 8th floor right underneath the rooftop nightclub which did not work for a nice nights sleep. Also the AC unit was very loud and kicked on at weird times.

The biggest issue for us was that the hotel did not feel family-oriented. There was very prominent transgender/gender-identity messaging throughout the property, including flags and definitions related to sex and gender displayed in the bathroom hallway. The restrooms also did not have traditional men’s and women’s signage. Our child is still too young to read, but this is not the type of environment we would choose for a family stay. The hotel also felt heavily oriented toward nightlife, with a nightclub on the rooftop, people smoking while waiting in line, and an atmosphere that did not feel especially suitable for young children.

The water in the toilet kept running, so it wastes water and makes a sound. I had to keep fiddling with the water tank to make it stop. A staff member came to “fix” it once but after he left, the issue continued. Also, the restaurants/cafe associated with the hotel are closed the whole time I was staying at the hotel.

The roof top security staff are unprofessional and reflect poorly on the Eaton. They should have them out of sight or upstairs.

I booked the stay with breakfast and they gave me vouchers for a nearby bar, very poor quality. It's better not to sell breakfast on the property to offer such a modest service. After the first morning, for the second, I preferred to go to another café and pay for breakfast.
