Wait time at restaurant was horrible, I waited 45mins for a sampler appetizer that was tasteless. Whole time waiting for sampler I watched the cooks in the back talk, laugh, and eat. The quality of the food is horrible for the price. Hope that they revamp the entire food menu.
The staff was great; they actually had staff who understood English, and the check-in process was a success. I can't think of the clerk that checked me in on Saturday; she had a very, very professional attitude. My friend and I booked with different 3rd parties and we wanted to be on the same floor. The clerk had no issues; she made sure we got what we asked for. I really feel bad because I don't remember the clerk's name, but she definitely deserves to be recognized. If only I could remember her, my stay was great. I will be back if I need a hotel in Atlanta.

AC didn’t work, so the room remained hot. The room had a moldy smell, and the walls were filthy.
