Stayed here twice and enjoyed it so much. Lots of space, clean, quiet and great staff. We stayed several days and then went to California. We liked this resort so much we came back for another night during our vacation!

Don’t let the “90-minute presentation” promise fool you. Our experience lasted well beyond the time we were told to expect. Our salesperson, Vanessa, came across as warm, personable, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. However, once we were committed to the presentation, that friendliness felt more like a sales tactic than sincere customer service. About 40 minutes in, I explained that my arm in the obvious sling was experiencing significant pain. I asked if there was any pain meds available or if we could shorten the presentation. When we passed the 90-minute mark and reached about 100 minutes, I reminded Vanessa anbout the pain I was in and asked if we could finish up. Vanessa’s demeanor changed immediately. The friendly, conversational approach disappeared and was replaced with an irritated, confrontational attitude. The most disappointing part wasn’t that the presentation ran long—it was the complete disregard for my pain and for a reasonable request made. If a company can’t keep the simple promise of a 90-minute presentation or show basic compassion to a guest, it doesn’t inspire confidence in anything else they’re selling. I would not recommend attending a Hilton Vacation Club sales presentation. Go in expecting it to take much longer than advertised, and don’t assume the friendly atmosphere will last if you ask them to honor the time commitment they made.

I was staying here due to my husband being in the hospital nearby and the Paradise offered a special rate. It was a relief to be away from the bustle of the strip and come back to a quiet and peaceful hotel. Angie at the front desk was amazing during this very difficult time as were the ladies in the market store. It was so convenient to keep food with the fridge and reheat with microwave. I stayed almost 3 weeks and could do laundry on-site. Beds were comfortable, cleaning staff did a great job and the air conditioning worked great in the desert. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was pretty bad. You get a voucher for a muffin and a sugary juice. That’s it.
