The restaurant was all very good, the service, and the food... good variety and ample quantity... the room was very pleasant, the spaces in general very well maintained and pleasant, all the staff very friendly, there are several activities, billiards, foosball, mini-golf, tennis courts, basketball, the pool is a very good size and has warm water, many sculptures and paintings in all areas, the decoration and atmosphere are also very pleasant...

Charging for flavored water at the buffet... the sink faucet in the room (139) splashes a lot and gets you wet... the cost of drinks at the bar is somewhat high, as well as the size of the drinks at the pool is very small for the price they have... the TV should have access to platforms like Netflix or Prime, almost any 4 or 5-star hotel has them... finally, we suggested some lower pillows, they are very thick...

Bathrooms need an urgent update, showers are really bad. The room also had a bad smell of fish. And service is really bad for a Brisas branded hotel.
