The concierge was very helpful when we were having a problem with booking the flight. Could not solve the problem, but we appreciate his effort.

Staff, amenities, pool... Everything is prepared so guests have a very nice and relaxing stay.

We were required to leave a deposit in case of damage/loss of any furniture or amenities, which was a bit shocking considering this was not requested in any other of the hotels we booked in Vietnam.
